The ENC and REC indicators are green, but the recording is not possible.

1. Make sure the OTG function of the phone is turned on; 2. Check that the connector is plugged into the “OUT” port of the receiver, not the charging port next to the switch.

How can I hear the sound I recorded while recording?

Plug the earphones (included) into the 3.5mm jack of the microphone(TX) for real-time monitoring.

After recording is completed, no sound can be heard when playing the recorded audio.

Two ways: 1. Plug the earphones into the microphone(TX) and listen directly; 2. Take the receiver out of the phone and the phone will play the sound.

Why is there no sound when I plug the headphones into the receiver(RX)?

The 3.5mm port on the receiver(RX) is for connecting to devices such as cameras, so it does not have the function of playing sound. The sound comes from the microphone.

Why does plugging in an external microphone according to the quick guide not work?

We are sorry that this is a typographical error. This microphone only has monitoring function and cannot be used with an external microphone. We will correct this error as soon as possible.
