It features a detachable shockmount that mounts directly to your DSLR, mirrorless, video camera, cellphone and reduces noise from vibrations and camera handling. The supplied furry windshield(deadcat) minimizes unwanted wind noise from breezes, fans, heaters, and air conditioners, making it well suited for outdoor shoots.
