Sync steps of the new replacement earbuds for AirPods Pro 1st generation:
1.Open the Bluetooth list on your iPhone and ignore the previous paired AirPods Pro showed on your iPhone.
2.Charge the new replacement earbud with your another AirPods Pro 1st generation together in the charging case for about 15 minutes to balance the firmware of them.
3.Open the charging case and put it close to your iPhone, press the “Set” button on the back of the charging case till the white indicator light flash slowly and then your iPhone screen will show the new device.
4.Tap the connect icon on your screen and sync it with your iPhone.
5.The battery may be warned too low when it’s paired and please charge it 30 minutes more before using it.

A: No, it doesn’t. It only works with your another AirPods Pro 1st Gen and it can’t work with other AirPods such as 3rd Gen AirPods or 2nd Gen AirPods Pro. Please confirm the model number of your AirPods at first before ordering to avoid pairing issues.
2.Q: How to find the model number of my AirPods?
A: On your iPhone, go to “Settings” > “General” > “About”, scroll down until you see the name of your AirPods (for example, “John’s AirPods”). Tap the name, and you’ll see the model number. The model number of AirPods Pro 1st Gen L is A2084, R is A2083.
3.Q: Why does my replacement earbud not work or charge?
A: At first, please confirm that your another AirPod pro is the original 1st generation and your charging case is original too. The charging cases of third-party brands don’t support the synchronization of replacement earbud with your another original earbud. If your another AirPod and charging case are all original and in good condition but can’t charge properly, please clean the charging connector both on the earbud and in the charging case with a small amount of alcohol and recharge after the alcohol has completely evaporated.
