Pairing Steps:

• Press the earbud button 1-2 seconds to turn on it

(voice prompt: ‘power on’, indicator flashes red and blue alternately)

• Search name “J18” with your phone and connect

(voice prompt: ‘power off’, no flash after paired)

Microphone Volume Adjustment Methods

• Connect the earbud with your phone by bluetooth

• Adjust the phone volume itself to the max

• Go to the phone page ‘Setting’>’Sound&vibration’>’Volume’ to adjust the proper volume for call/music/AI voice. If your phone has ‘sound booster’, turn on it, which helps the bluetooth earbud hear more clearly.

• Please check if your cell phone disable the microphone. some brands of cell phones prohibit the microphone bluetooth function turned on automatically, you need manually turn it on at the first time using.
