What should I do if the wireless microphones does not work when the receiver is plugged into the device?

First, please check if the microphone is turned on. If the phone mic is turned on properly, please unplug the receiver and plug it into the device again. Finally, if it still doesn’t work, check whether the “OTG” of your cell phone is turned on.

How many modes does this wireless lavalier microphone have and how do I access them?

The mini mic has 3 modes, the 1st is “Normal Mode”, which is accessed when mic on. The 2nd is the “3 Noise Reduction Mode”, which can be switched by clicking the power key. The 3rd is “Mute Mode”, which is accessed by double-clicking the power key.

Can you Bluetooth your phone to a speaker using this lapel microphone?

No. The small microphone is used for audio/video recording. The bluetooth technology we mentioned is between the receiver and the mics, instead of the bluetooth function in your cell phone. Please kindly keep it OFF while making recordings.

Does this clip on microphone work with iPhone 15 Series or others Type-C devices?

Yes. K1-Type-C portable microphone is compatible with USB-C port only. For iPhone 15 series or others usb c devices. If you want to use mini mic on the iPhone 14 series or below, you might consider the K1-Lightning.

Why are there two transmitters in the package? Do they represent left and right channels?

We have 2 phone microphones in the package, which means content creators can use 2 mics for their project at the same time. It does not represent left and right channel. If there are any other questions, feel free to ask us!
