Why can’t the NC35 headphones pair with my mobile phone?

Check if your headphones are in pairing or reconnection mode and if Bluetooth is on. If so, go to Bluetooth settings, delete “T-fun NC35,” and reconnect.

Reset headphones by plugging and unplugging the audio cable or try to restart your phone.

Why is the volume on my headphones low?

After pairing successfully,on the Bluetooth menu of your device,tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the “Sync volume with phone” is on.iOS will synchronize volume automatically, but Android needs to turn on manually.

Can I use the AUX cable if the NC35 headphones are out of battery, and does ANC work when using them in wired mode?

If the headphones are out of battery, you can still listen to music using the included AUX cable; however, please note that the ANC function and volume button controls on the headphones do not work in wired mode.

How to delete the bluetooth pairing?

1.Turn off the NC35 headphones first, then long press the “Multi-function” button for 8 seconds, you will hear “Power on”,”Connected”,”Disconnected”,”Pairing” voice prompts subsequently

2. Go to T-fun App settings, click “Delete Paired Bluetooth”

Do I have to download “T-fun” app to use the NC35 headphones?

Not necessarily. You can use basic headphone functions like playing music or answering calls without the T-fun app. However, downloading the app will provide you with additional features and customization options for an enhanced experience.
